Last week marked two important milestones for XOOPS: 1) XOOPS 2.4.4 has been downloaded over 30,000 times within the first four months since its release on Jan. 22, 2010 (including international releases) 2) We have now over 100,000 registered users on our Website. Thank you and congratulations to all the members of our XOOPS community who contributed to this success. We know that there is still a lot to be done, but with your help, XOOPS will become the best in can be!!! Viva XOOPS!!!

Updated XOOPS Modules - Blue Room

Going over some other authors modules and making them blue room and checking they are running on XOOPS 2.4 with no worries as some of the inherit core bugs where finally removed in 2.4 which means all the work around to make sure data would display correctly in the module means that there is a dynamic role played by the module author to provide a solution to the old \' \" bugs with the core. These work arounds have been failing on some modules one of them that has been updated as an example ShoutBox 4.07 now work with the later series as the work around would provide complications to the proper execution of this clean code. hello Xoopsers, based on the default theme in the 2.4.5 rc, I built my new theme"maitscocorporate". in this theme I used: - CS3 to make curvy corners and shadows - curvy jquery ( http://www.curvycorners.net ) to make the tables curvy (essentiel for IE because CS3 isn't validated by IE yet) - S3Slider jquery effect , I took it from this link( http://www.serie3.info/ ) - Quick edit/delete/ad for the block - Avatar picture shown in the usermennu - Links in Horizontal menu are highlighted accordingly to the module that you are browsing - Few changes to the news module templates and for the system templates (search, siteclosed, redirect page) - Footer divided on 4 parts easily editable from theme.html due the incompatibility of IE with cs3,there is a few difference between the theme in IE and others browsers. Hello, Almost 4 years after the first release of overclocking.es we hit once more with the 2.0 version of the site. 4 years, 5000 users and 60.000 post in forums have made us more wise, more strong and, of course, older but we keep the illusion same as the first day we opened. We move from 2.0.14 to 2.4.4 with many modules and a lot of hacks.
